I Don’t Get Spam.

What I mean is, I receive it – but I don’t understand it. Do the spammers actually think I’m going to add a ‘comment’ similar to the one below to my website?

Sometimes the spam kinda makes sense: I hav serched for wiks for emazing produc lik this. Perheps we can shair posts.

And sometimes I’m tempted to reach out to assist a fellow webber in apparent distress: Your website loads up fast and mine is so slow. I need your help. Can I get your affiliate link to your host?

Flattery also shows up regularly: You are an expert in this topic! Other site proprietors should take this website as a model.

I feel that I must be missing something important here. Are the spammers secretly embedding themselves into my site despite my determined efforts to eliminate them? After all, they don’t give up even when I banish them to the SPAM pit.

So yeah. I really don’t get spam.
